• Bath towels are provided, to be environmental friendly and support green tourism, we do not provide disposable toiletries (eg. toothpaste, toothbrush, etc.).

• This campsite is located within the Yangmingshan National Park. Activities such as open flames, fireworks, barbecues, and outdoor cooking are strictly prohibited.
• To support green travel, single-use amenities are not provided. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own necessities.
• Services cannot be provided if the actual number of guests exceeds the booking.
• Please refrain from bringing additional electrical appliances to avoid the risk of power outages.
• A pet-friendly area is planned for 2025. During the trial operation period, pets are not permitted (except for guide dogs). Stay tuned to our official website and social media pages for updates on pet-friendly availability.
• Surrounded by mountains, the area is cool in the mornings and evenings and has a higher presence of mosquitoes. Please bring warm clothing and insect repellent.
• The campsite is within a national park rich in wildlife. Do not feed or capture animals to avoid violating laws.
• As the site is in a remote area with limited waste disposal options, and the campsite already provides dining services, bringing outside food is discouraged. If bringing additional food generates significant trash, a cleaning fee will be charged accordingly.
• Free parking is available during your stay. If you need to leave the park, please visit the front desk to deactivate parking charges. For late-night departures after 10:00 PM, please proceed to the visitor center for deactivation. The campsite is not responsible for vehicle safekeeping or compensation.

• Cancellation on the day of check-in, 100% no refund of your payment.
• Cancellation before one day of your arrival date, only 20% of your payment will be refunded.
• Cancellation before 2-3 days of your arrival date, only 30% of your payment will be refunded.
• Cancellation before 4-6 days of your arrival date, only 40% of your payment will be refunded.
• Cancellation before 7-9 days of your arrival date 50% of the payment will be deducted
• Cancellation before 10 days of the arrival date (including the 10th days) 100% your payment will be refunded.
• Postponement is considered as cancellation and will be handled according to the cancellation policy.
• Please note: If there is a refund, there is a bank administration fee $30 to be charged. The refund will be processed uniformly on the 10th of next month.

     Pet-Friendly Accommodation Guidelines

• Advance Notice: Please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring pets. Pets are not allowed in non-pet-friendly areas to ensure the comfort of other guests.
• Vaccination Requirement: All pets must have completed rabies vaccination prior to check-in. Guests must present a vaccination certificate or rabies tag upon arrival. If no proof is provided, and the pet affects other guests or animals, the owner assumes full responsibility.
• Hygiene: Pets must be bathed and treated for fleas before check-in.
• Pet Capacity & Size: Up to 3 pets are allowed per tent, regardless of size.
  • Large dogs: over 23 kg
  • Medium dogs: 9–23 kg
  • Small dogs: under 9 kg
• Age Requirement: Pets must be older than 6 months. Senior pets are welcome, but owners should ensure they are fit for travel.
• Cleaning Fee: NT$500 per pet per night; NT$1,000 for two pets; NT$1,500 for three pets.
• Leash & Carrier: Pets must be on a leash, in a stroller, or in a carrier at all times in the park.
• Deposit: A NT$2,000 cash deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded upon check-out if no damage is found.
• Indoor Etiquette:
  • Male dogs must wear belly bands; female dogs must wear diapers inside tents or RVs.
  • Pets are not allowed on beds.
  • Wipe pets’ paws before entering.
  • No blow-drying or grooming inside rooms.
  • Pets may not bathe in the park; a simple “paw-wash station” is provided.
• Behavior:
  • If a pet shows aggression or barks continuously and cannot be calmed, the resort reserves the right to refuse service without refund.
  • Owners must clean up immediately after their pets, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Pets may not be left alone in rooms.
• Dining Areas:
  • Pets are not allowed to touch the ground in indoor restaurants. Outdoor designated areas allow leashed pets.
  • Do not feed pets with restaurant utensils or human meals, as they may not be suitable for animals.
• Responsibility & Liability:
  • Owners are fully responsible for their pets’ behavior.
  • If pets cause injury, damage, fights with other pets, or disturb other guests, the owner must handle all related expenses and compensation.
  • Any violation of the above rules will result in a NT$5,000 penalty.
• Restricted Breeds: We are unable to accommodate certain breeds, including: Pit Bull Terrier, Tibetan Mastiff, Bull Mastiff, Doberman, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Tosa, Neapolitan Mastiff, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, or any dog displaying aggressive behavior.
• Exclusions: Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the Scenic Hot Spring Bathrooms.

    Visitor Fee Policy

• Visitor Fee: NT$300 per person (flat rate for adults and children; free for children under 90 cm in height).

  Non-camping guests who are only entering the campsite for a short visit or gathering.

   Important Notes

• Advance Notice
  • Registered guests must inform the campsite staff in advance of any visitors, including the number of people and the expected visiting time.
• Departure Time
  • Visitors must leave the campsite by 10:00 PM on the same day.
  • If visitors are found staying overnight, they will be considered overnight guests and must pay the full camping accommodation fee.
• Facilities Use
  • Visitors may use public restrooms but are not permitted to use tents, cabins, or other facilities reserved for paying campers.
• Cleanliness & Safety
  • Please sort and dispose of trash according to regulations.
  • Littering, including cigarette butts or food scraps, is strictly prohibited.
• Behavior
  • Any inappropriate behavior (e.g., loud noise, disturbances) may result in immediate eviction without refund.
  • In such cases, the campsite also reserves the right to refuse future bookings from the related registered guest.
